EVENT: VOLKSWAGEN X THE COLLECTIVE

Hello fellow readers!
So I've come to update you on my recent adventures! Recently, the Collective Art Events (@collectiveartevents) invited me for their latest pop-up dinner set up for Volkswagen Brunei (@volkswagenbrunei), I was so ecstatic as it was my first event to cover!
On the 24th of June, Volkswagen generously opened up 50 free seats for a 'Sungkai Pop Up' dinner at the Maju Motors Showroom. The decor was stamped with Collective's usual rustic and whimsical touch.There were flowers decorated on the table, colours were kept minimal and fairy lights were decorated inside the showroom creating a magical experience for the attendees. The pop up was set up to give guests a taste of the 'Volkswagen Lifestyle'. People from different walks of life appeared at the event and they were accompanied by German inspired cuisines which were catered by Energy Kitchen (@theenergykitchen).
I definitely enjoyed myself when I was there! It was good to see some familiar faces again and some new ones. #GirlBoss Shinny of Collective was definitely on a roll, working hard during the whole event along with her supportive team! The highlight of the night for me was definitely meeting Chloe Ting! A Bruneian born style blogger currently based in Melbourne. I've been following her feed for quite sometime now, so excuse me for being all giddy about it! haha. Do check her out (@chloe_t). After dinner, the night continued on with guests exchanging stories and endless photo-grabbing opportunities. It was definitely a night to remember and I am so thankful to be apart of!
